By placing an order with MamaG's Kitchen you agree to the following terms.
Orders
Orders are placed by Instagram DM or phone and are confirmed by us before preparation begins. Prices are shown on our menu and are subject to change.
Delivery
We deliver across Glasgow during kitchen hours (Mon–Sat · 9am – 6pm). Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand and traffic.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of confirmation via the method agreed with the kitchen. Payment must be received before dispatch.
Allergies & dietary requirements
Our food is prepared in a home kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other common allergens. Please tell us about any allergies when ordering — we will do our best to accommodate, but cross-contamination cannot be ruled out entirely.
Cancellations & refunds
As every meal is cooked to order, cancellations are only possible before we begin preparation. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for any issues with your order.
